Architect based in Playa del Carmen, originally from Guadalajara. Most of my work is villas and small residential projects along the Riviera Maya, and I'm slowly putting together a plan to buy a second home abroad — Portugal or Greece are top of the list. I keep the listings I'm comparing at https://global-property.investments/ so the numbers stay in one place. Happy to talk design, coastal building or Mexico in general.
